Mark Hunting, Partner Bracewell Government Enforcement and Investigations

Mark Hunting is a partner in Bracewell’s Government Enforcement and Investigations team specializing in financial crime, including: fraud, market abuse, bribery and corruption, financial and trade sanctions and money laundering.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Mark was the head of the Competition and Regulatory Compliance legal team for BP Plc, where he was responsible for all financial crime and compliance legal matters, including investigations and compliance policies. Mark also served as a Magistrate Judge for North London between 2009 and 2019.
